Denken Sie bei Ihrem Neubau auch an Einbruchschutz
Lassen Sie sich Fenster und Fenstertüren (Terrasse, Balkon) nach dem Sicherheitsstandard der Aktion Sicher Wohnen (z.B. Pilzkopfbeschläge und Verbundsicherheitsglas) einbauen.
Noch besser ist es, wenn Sie komplett geprüfte Fenster/Fenstertürelemente (z.B. nach DIN V ENV 1627/RC 2 oder höherwertig) wählen. Dann bekommen Sie eine Garantieurkunde (DIN-Zertifikat), die den Einbruchschutz in der entsprechenden Klasse für das gesamte Fenster-/ Fenstertürelement (inklusive Verglasung) und eine fachgerechte Montage garantiert.
Wählen Sie für Außentüren entsprechend stabile Türblätter und lassen Sie diese mit geprüften einbruchhemmenden Beschlägen (Schloss, Zylinder, Langschild, Schließblech und Türbänder) ausrüsten. Auch hier sind komplett geprüfte einbruchhemmende Türen (z.B. nach DIN EN 1627/ RC 2 oder höherwertig) besser.

Doors: It is important that the retrofitting of door leaves, door frames, door hinges, door locks, fittings, locking plates and also additional security devices are sensibly coordinated with one another in terms of their effect.
Windows: Here there is the option of screw-on or internal retrofitting. Only have additional security devices that have been tested according to DIN 18104 Part 1 installed, eg additional box locks, window bar locks or tape security devices.
Have simple window fittings (roller pins) replaced by burglar-resistant window fittings (mushroom head locking) in accordance with DIN 18104 Part 2. This should always be done in conjunction with a lockable window handle.
The locks for doors and windows only serve their purpose if they are installed professionally.
